If you use Ledger with MetaMask you may need to update the firmware on your Ledger to:
- v2.0.0 on Nano S
- v1.3.0 on Nano X

Make sure you Ledger firmware is up to date (v2.0.0). This is required for it to work with MetaMask v10.1.0 which is rolling out to all users now.
